o Gifts once selected cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed
o Coupon codes can be used only once. Coupon cannot be used for partial value. Ensure that your order value is more than or equal to coupon value. Gift Tax, TDS, Local Taxes etc applicable and any other surcharge on any gift item, shall be borne by the dealer
o Only manufacturer’s warranty will apply for any manufacturing defect of receiving the goods
o The pictures shown in this catalogue are indicative and the actual product offered as reward may differ from the catalogue.
o Order redeemed through the year will be delivered to members within 15 working days of the order placement date. In case of unforeseen delays, an SMS notification will be sent to the members. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
o If any goods require installation, the cost must be borne by the participant
o In case of non-availability of product, alternative product will be suggested. If the member does not choose the alternate product, the points will be reversed.
o In case of any damage or any defect products the program helpdesk needs to be notified within 48 hours of product delivery
o Defective/ damaged goods will be replaced, or an alternate product will be delivered only if the defect is reported within 48 hours from receiving the defective or damaged goods to the help desk.
o The reward is non-transferable, Elevatoz reserves the right to ask for ID proof to ensure authenticity of the beneficiary.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.
